An area of about 45 dunam designated for open over-night parking of about 190 buses and about 50 private parking spaces for the drivers. A central garage located on the northern part of the compound, in the size of about 10,000 sqm and an office building of about 2,800 sqm. There are several other constructions in the compound: an entrance building, transformer room, energy center, staff dressing room, offices, and a gallery floor overlooking the garage. The floor’s size is about 500 sqm and it contains around 15 offices and an additional storage area. The office building is located on the southeastern part of the compound, eastern to the entrance. The ground floor is designated for a kitchen and a dining room for the 120 staff workers of the compound. The second floor contains classrooms for a driving school, a sales area, and a retirement clubhouse. The office building was planned of concrete foundation and cladded using the wet fixing method with a two-shaded natural stone, combined with a garage wall in the public areas. The central garage is mostly planned as a light gauge steel construction with steel ware roofing. The steel foundation is cladded with insulated panels both on the roof and the walls. An emphasis was put on the use of natural light seeping in through skylights on the northern and southern fronts.
