A detailed planning of a site from the settlement’s GOP southern to roadway 85 in an area of 484 dunam. The site will include a residential neighborhood (including accommodation solutions for young couples), development of Namer stream, a civic center, and a cemetery for the settlement. The site is composed of lands in mixed ownerships: The Latin church, state, and private. The residential lots in the plan are designated for diverse construction in a density of between 3 to 9 RUs per dunam. A total of 1,100 RUs are proposed in the plan.
